The DU-80A is an anti-UV TPU product from Dingzhi's DU series, compatible with both injection and extrusion molding processes. It offers moderate flexibility due to its hardness, making it ideal for the precise shaping of small outdoor parts without being overly rigid or fragile. With Grade 4 anti-UV performance (as per ASTM G154), it maintains stable physical properties (ΔE <1) even after prolonged exposure to sunlight, effectively preventing material aging, cracking, or color fading. Its melt index ensures smooth material flow during processing, thereby reducing production defects. It is particularly well-suited for outdoor garden accessories (such as small planter edges) and weather-resistant decorative parts, fully meeting the performance requirements of anti-UV materials for outdoor use.

This product not only exhibits excellent anti-UV capabilities but also demonstrates good processing adaptability. Its compatibility with both injection and extrusion molding processes allows manufacturers to choose the most suitable production method based on specific part designs and production volumes, enhancing production flexibility and efficiency. PRODUCT APPLICATION:

TPU has a number of applications including automotive instrument panels, caster wheels, power tools, sporting goods, medical devices, drive belts, footwear, inflatable rafts, and a variety of extruded film, plate and profile applications. TPU is also a common material in the housing of mobile electronic devices such as mobile phones. It is also used to make keyboard protectors for laptops. TPU is known for its applications in high-performance films, wire and cable jacketing, hoses and pipes, adhesives and textile coating applications, and as an impact modifier for other polymers. TPU pellets are used as the latest buffer technology, called boosters. Thousands of TPU pellets combine to create a comfortable sole.
