To facilitate an efficient and accurate quotation process, we require detailed input from our clients, including Gerber files and a BOM (Bill of Materials) list. The Gerber files provide the exact design specifications of the PCB, including layout, drill data, and layer information, enabling us to precisely manufacture your boards. The BOM list outlines all components required for assembly, ensuring that we source the correct parts and assemble your board according to your design intent. By providing these files, you help us deliver a seamless, error-free manufacturing and assembly experience.

Custom PCB Production Process:

1.Receive and review customer design files (Gerber files, BOM, and technical specifications).
2. Confirm all details with the customer to ensure accuracy before production.
3. Prepare high-quality base materials and start PCB fabrication (imaging, etching, drilling, plating, surface finishing).
4. Conduct electrical testing and quality inspection for bare boards.
5. Source components based on BOM and perform SMT assembly.
6. Carry out final functional testing and full quality check.
7. Package products and arrange on-time delivery as required.
