Core Requirements for Industrial Control PCB Material Selection and Design

1.We first receive and carefully review customers’ Gerber files, thoroughly check the circuit design, dimensions, layer structure, and performance requirements, and communicate with customers in a timely manner to confirm details and resolve potential design issues to ensure accuracy.​
2.High-quality polyimide (PI) materials are selected, which are strictly inspected to ensure they meet industrial-grade standards, providing excellent flexibility, high-temperature resistance, anti-vibration performance, and long-term durability for the FPC.​
3.Key production steps include circuit imaging, precise etching to form clear circuit patterns, electroplating to enhance conductivity, via hole processing for interlayer connection, and precision molding to meet the required size and shape.​
4.Strict electrical performance tests are conducted, including continuity testing, resistance detection, and signal transmission stability verification, to ensure the circuit works normally and meets the application needs of industrial equipment.​
5.Each FPC undergoes strict flexibility and reliability tests, simulating industrial working environments to verify its anti-fatigue and anti-interference capabilities, ensuring it can operate stably in harsh industrial scenarios.​
6.Finished products are thoroughly cleaned, inspected again for quality, cut to the specified size, and safely packaged to prevent damage during transportation, before being delivered to customers on time.
