Product Description​

Blue ink double-sided spray solder PCB is a printed circuit board
that integrates blue solder mask with double-sided spray solder
(hot air solder leveling, HASL) surface treatment. It features a
double-sided wiring design, where the substrate is coated with blue
ink as the solder mask to insulate and protect the circuit, with
the distinct blue color aiding in identifying circuit areas. Both
sides of the board undergo spray solder processing: molten tin
alloy (lead-containing or lead-free) is evenly applied to the
exposed copper pads and leveled by hot air to form smooth, bright
tin layers. This board is suitable for small to medium complexity
circuits, accommodating the welding and assembly of conventional
through-hole and surface-mount components.​
