Manual Heat Press CREE-6014H

Flatbed vulcanizing machine is used in pressing and molding all kinds of rubber model products and non-model products, and can also be used to press all kinds of thermosetting plastics and foam rubber and plastic products.

It has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and is centrally controlled by buttons. The working pressure and heating temperature can be adjusted within a certain range. This model is manual type.

Equipment installation needs:

1. Installation site
The ground is flat, the ventilation is good, there is no strong vibration around the equipment, no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment, no flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust around the equipment, and there is appropriate space for use and maintenance around the equipment, as shown in the figure below:

External temperature: 27C±3C; relative humidity: ≤85% ; Air pressure: 86KPA~106KPA
There should be space around the equipment for easy maintenance,

2. Gas supply requirements:
At least one air source of 6KG or more.
