PP material has a stable molecular structure. Our PP sheets are not easy to decompose harmful substances under normal temperature and general usage conditions, nor does it easily react with ingredients such as acids, alkalis, and oils in food, thus effectively preventing food from being contaminated. The core advantages of PP boards in waterproofing projects are significant. As a polymer material, it has a stable molecular structure and excellent water resistance.
Core Performance
Our products do not absorb or seep water, and will not expand, deform or rot even after long-term immersion, thus being able to block water penetration persistently and reliably. Meanwhile, it has strong chemical corrosion resistance, capable of resisting erosion from rainwater, groundwater, acid-alkali solutions, etc., making it suitable for complex environments such as around chemical plants and sewage treatment plants. PP boards that have undergone special treatment boast good anti-aging and weather resistance properties. They can withstand exposure to sunlight and temperature changes ranging from -20℃ to 60℃, are not prone to cracking or embrittlement, and have a service life of 10-20 years, which can reduce later maintenance costs. In addition, PP boards have a low density (about 0.9-0.91g/cm³), so they are lightweight and easy to transport. They can be quickly spliced by means of welding, bolt fixing, etc., featuring convenient construction. They are suitable for various scenarios such as roofs, basements, and wall surfaces, and are also friendly to buildings with low requirements on the load-bearing capacity of the base layer.
