• Function

1.Sealing to prevent oil leakage: The valve cover gasket is installed between the cylinder head and the valve cover. When the bolts are tightened, it is compressed to form a seal, preventing engine oil from leaking out of the top of the engine. This ensures that the lubriing oil remains within the engine's lubriion system, providing proper lubriion to various components and reducing wear and tear.

2.Protecting engine components: It acts as a barrier to protect the cylinder head hardware from external contaminants such as dust, dirt, and water.
