Color coated steel coil, also known as color coated steel plate or
color plate, is manufactured using galvanized steel as the base
material through these processes:
- Surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion)
- Continuous coating with roller coating or multi-layer liquid
coating
- Baking
- Cooling to produce the final plate product
