CONSTRUCTION

  • Conductor:Round compacted conductors
  • Conductor Shield:Semi conductive shielding material (below 500mm2) Semi conductive tape+semi conductive shielding material (500mm2 and above)
  • Insulation:Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
  • Insulation Shield:Peelable semiconducting shielding material
  • Metal Shield Layer:Copper Tape Copper Wire(35kV 500mm2 above)
  • Filler: Polypropylene(PP) mesh filling rope
  • Binder Tape: Non hygroscopic straps
  • Armouring: Steel Tape(Single core) Galvanized steel tape(3 core)
