1.2 Profile
The square downspout pipe is roll-formed from galvanized or coated steel, 0.8–1.5mm thick, featuring uniform embossed ribs and a secure lock edge. Designed for residential and commercial water drainage, it combines structural strength, precise dimensions, clean cut edges, and corrosion resistance, suitable for roofing, outdoor gutters, and architectural water management.

Process:

Steel coils are unrolled, guided into a chain-driven roll former with wall plate structure. Early forming stations emboss ribs to strengthen the pipe. Subsequent stations shape the square downspout with uniform lock edges. Hydraulic cutting ensures clean, burr-free sections. Finished pipes are stacked on the out table, ready for delivery.
