created by QZYMODELS within an efficient 20-day cycle, the Beijing
1:200 Urban Renewal Concept Model transforms the design concept of
"urban renewal" into a concrete visual carrier through its pursuit
of ultimate craftsmanship and precise attention to detail,
embodying both professionalism and expressiveness.
I. Production Craftsmanship: Precise, Efficient, and Balancing
Environmental Friendliness with Texture
1. Refined Application of Eco-Friendly Materials: Strictly selecting eco-friendly materials such as recyclable
plastics and bio-based materials, the model achieves seamless
transitions at the joints of different materials through
pre-treatment and customized processing. This not only adheres to
the project's core principle of "sustainability" but also ensures
the delicate texture of the model's surface, avoiding the common
coarseness of eco-friendly materials.
2. High-Precision Implementation of Modular Assembly: Based on the project's core idea of "modular design", the model
adopts corresponding modular assembly technology. From the main
modules of high-rise buildings to the blocks of small supporting
buildings, the assembly error of each part is controlled at the
millimeter level. This not only guarantees the stability of the
model's overall structure but also endows it with a neat and sleek
visual effect, highly consistent with the design concept.
II. Details and Presentation Effect: Reflecting the Whole Through
the Part, Intuitively Conveying the Core of the Design
1. Detail Depiction: Restoring Urban Texture and Highlighting
Design Ingenuity: The refinement of the model's details can be called a "miniature
urban replica".
- In terms of architectural details, the facades of buildings with
green elements are processed with layered textures. The difference
in texture distinguishes the greening modules from the main
building structure, intuitively presenting the design concept of
"green buildings".
- In terms of spatial details, the road network is restored in
strict accordance with the 1:200 scale, with even miniature lane
dividers marked. In the scattered green spaces, different shades of
green materials are used to distinguish vegetation types, matched
with miniature landscape features, making the concept of "urban
livability" tangible and perceptible.
- In terms of supporting details, the placement of tiny components
such as simulated vehicles and small public facilities conforms to
the actual urban functional layout, endowing the model with a more
realistic scene sense.
2. Presentation Effect: Transforming Abstraction into Concreteness
and Enhancing Strategy Readability: Through the dual control of craftsmanship and details, the model
converts the abstract "urban renewal strategy" into a clear visual
language. Audiences can intuitively understand the core idea of the
project - "transforming existing urban spaces and enhancing urban
resilience" - through the combination mode of modular buildings,
the distribution of green infrastructure, and the functional
division of various spaces in the model. It accurately conveys the
