Using the 4 cutting method, it is equipped with 5 sets of longitudinal slitting knives, and the cross-cutting knife head is 430 mm, which cuts 2 sizes of 210. From 845 base paper to 2sheet 210mm. It is obtained by folding 2 pieces. This machine that only cuts 2 rolls at the same time. This machine occupies such a small area. Let’s talk about the load problem of our knife head. Now we are cutting 2 rolls. At this position in the middle, after folding the width, it is equivalent to the thickness of 4 rolls entering the cross-cutting knife group. The paper clamping shaft of the unwinding part uses a 3-inch air expansion shaft to pass through the paper core. After longitudinal and cross-cutting, the standard A4 paper is cut out and conveyed by belt to the paper collection department. The paper is collected according to the set size. Generally, 400 or 500 sheets are a ream. After collection, it is output and enters the ream packaging machine. This packing machine, through 13 servos, solves the synchronization of various lifting, pressing, folding, stacking, packing and sealing actions, making the entire packaging process smooth. After the packs come out, you can choose to pack them manually or choose an automatic box packing and stacking production line.
