ComFlor 60 series composite floor profile equv. offers the ultimate in lightweight steel decking for all multi-rise buildings. It combines exceptional spanning capabilities with reduced concrete usage to provide a cost-effective and attractive floor solution that is easy to install. The state-of-the-art profile has been developed using modern roll-forming techniques. Capable of unpropped continuous spans to 4.5 metres and propped spans to 6.8 metres.

ComFlor 60 equivalent profile has been much copied but never bettered, as the original new generation round shouldered trapezoidal combined 60mm profile. This design is exceptionally resistant to compressive buckling resulting in superior span capability compared to traditional decks.

Greater Durability
The steel base product has a Z275-350 zinc-coating mass. It was selected to provide superior corrosion protection in service, directly as a result of increased coating mass. FAMOUS steel is also available with a Z450 coating mass with a 15 year warranty*. Comprehensive shear stud welding tests across a range of base thickness with both coating masses were undertaken to ensure consistent results can be achieved on site.
