1. Control system: intelligent, convenient, and efficient
adaptation
(1) Human computer interaction and remote operation and
maintenance: Equipped with ultra high definition MCGS color IoT
touch screen, remote monitoring and troubleshooting can be achieved
through network inspection when equipment malfunctions. It also
supports remote program upgrades and problem-solving, reducing
on-site debugging costs.
(2) Self developed system and ease of use: Based on the actual
operating habits in China, the self-developed control system can
perform up to 50 tests per minute on an empty machine, with
comprehensive functions and low entry barriers - personnel with
basic experience in operating ordinary equipment can operate
independently in 1-2 days; Those who have experience with other

monitoring counting, automatic lubrication of workstations,

2. Loading area: stable and efficient, suitable for large loads
Using a 2.2KW high-power motor to drive feeding, the maximum roll
diameter can reach 700mm, and the maximum load-bearing capacity of
a single support is 500KG, meeting the continuous supply demand of
large batches of raw materials.
The feeding process is driven by rubber rollers and equipped with
two seamless steel pipe material rods for quick replacement of
sheets. At the same time, a silicone oil spraying device is
installed in the loading area to effectively improve the efficiency
of subsequent demolding.
3. Heating zone: Durable, constant temperature, precise temperature
control
(1) Furnace structure design: The electric melting furnace adopts a
dedicated aluminum furnace body, which is not easily deformed in
high-temperature environments. Install insulation cotton on the
back of the heating brick electric furnace to extend the service
life of the heating wire.
(2) Core heating component: The heating brick is equipped with
Swedish Cornell heating wire, which has fast heating speed, good
constant temperature effect, long service life, and enjoys a 5-year
ultra long warranty; The specification of high-temperature wire is
2.5mm ² (only 1.5mm ² is used for some peers) to ensure durability
and anti-aging ability.
(3) Temperature control module: Adopting a temperature control
system imported from Japan, it has high temperature control
accuracy and easy operation, providing a reliable guarantee for
stable production.
(4) Furnace body workstation adaptation: The electric melting
furnace extends into the interior design of the workstation to
ensure that the mold is always in the central installation
position, reducing wear caused by imbalanced molds at the
workstation.
4. Molding area: efficient and stable, easy to change molds
(1) Basic parameters: forming length of 650mm, width of 750mm,
heating in four stages for upper and lower furnaces; The maximum
molding height is 150mm, which meets the requirements of most
complex-shaped products.
(2) Power and endurance: Both the upper and lower molds are
equipped with high-power servo motors, ensuring 24-hour continuous
and stable operation of the equipment without frequent shutdowns.
(3) Mold protection design: The water valve only supplies water to
the mold in automatic mode to avoid condensation problems during
shutdown and debugging; Adopting side-mounted molds and automatic
locking structures to shorten mold changing time and improve
production efficiency.
(4) Mold memory function: Save the height data of the mold during
the first production, and subsequent production does not require
repeated mold adjustment. It can be started directly by installing
the mold, greatly reducing debugging time and raw material waste.
5. Cutting area: Strong and precise, data can be stored
(1) Basic specifications: The cutting size is 650 × 750mm, and the
cutting upper mold is equipped with a heating knife electric
control system to meet the cutting needs of different materials.
(2) Cutting power: Both the upper and lower parts are equipped with
high-power servo motors, providing strong cutting force and easy
handling of cutting operations for various thicknesses of
materials.
(3) Mold replacement and debugging: Side-mounted molds with
automatic locking function reduce mold replacement time; Support
the saving of cutting position data for the knife mold, adjust the
cutting depth through numbers, achieve higher accuracy, and prevent
damage to the knife mold. Directly call the first saved data during
secondary production without repeated debugging, reducing product
loss.
6. Punching area: No burrs, high efficiency
(1) Punching performance: Both the upper and lower molds use
high-power servo motors, with sufficient punching force to ensure
that there are no burrs after vacuum forming punching, improving
the texture of the finished product.
(2) Mold changing design: Adopting side-mounted molds and automatic
locking structures to shorten mold changing time and optimize
production rhythm.
(3) Mold memory: Call the mold height data saved during the first
production, and there is no need to adjust the mold in the future.
Production can be carried out directly by installing the mold,
further improving efficiency.
7. Vacuum system: Instantaneous pressure relief to ensure molding
Adopting a high flow vacuum pump and a large volume vacuum tank
design, it can meet the demand for instantaneous vacuum release,
ensure the rapid bonding of plastic sheets to the mold, and
effectively improve the quality and consistency of product molding.
8. Lubrication system: Long-term stability, safe adaptation
(1) Workstation lubrication: The workstation lubrication pump
adopts a large capacity and high-pressure design, reducing the
frequency of manual oil replenishment, and can work stably for a
long time without easily burning the pump (requiring the use of 00
# grease).
(2) Chain rail lubrication: Food-grade chain oil is used to
lubricate the packaging chain, reducing chain rail wear while
