milling, engraving, etc.). The size error is small, which can
ensure the consistency of blister products.
• The surface is smooth and not easy to stick to the plastic. After
molding, the surface of the molded product is flat, burr-free, and
flawless, which reduces the later trimming, polishing, and other
processes, and improves the product's appearance and use
experience.
2. Strong wear resistance and long service life
• Aluminum alloy material has moderate hardness and good toughness.
Its impact resistance and wear resistance are better than wood
molds, gypsum molds, etc., and it is not easy to deform or damage
due to repeated heating and pressure.
• Under normal maintenance, the service life can reach more than
100,000 times, which is much higher than that of wood molds
(thousands of times) and resin molds (tens of thousands of times).
The cost of long-term use is lower, which is suitable for
large-scale production.
3. Easy to maintain and convenient for later adjustment
• The surface of the aluminum mold is easy to clean, and the
residual plastic impurities or oil stains can be cleaned quickly to
reduce the maintenance time of the mold.
• If the product design needs to be fine-tuned, the aluminum mold
can be modified through secondary processing (such as local
polishing, supplementary welding, and then milling), which is more
flexible than one-time molds (such as plaster molds).
4. Environmentally friendly and durable, low comprehensive cost
• Aluminum alloy materials can be recycled, and the material still
has a high residual value after the mold is scrapped, which is in
line with the concept of environmental protection production.
• Although the initial processing cost is higher than that of wood
molds, due to its long service life, less maintenance, and high
production efficiency, the long-term cost sharing is lower, which
is especially suitable for blister projects with medium and high
output and high quality requirements.
