• Function

In the hydraulic pump system, the piston is mainly responsible for converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. It moves back and forth in the cylinder barrel, changing the volume of the working chamber to achieve oil suction and oil discharge. Specifically, when the piston moves downward, the volume of the working chamber increases, the pressure decreases, and oil is sucked into the working chamber; when the piston moves upward, the volume of the working chamber decreases, the oil is compressed, and the pressure increases, and oil is discharged from the working chamber. In this way, it provides the necessary pressure and flow for the hydraulic system of the equipment, ensuring the normal operation of components such as the boom, arm, and bucket of the excavator, as well as the lifting and tilting actions of the loader's bucket.
