The system adopts plunger pump + frequency converter control to
enable high-pressure regulation. A 15L/min pump is deployed for
rapid pressurization, ensuring that the pressurization process for
samples with a pipe diameter of φ400mm and a maximum length of
1000mm can be completed within 60~70 seconds.
The host system utilizes a centralized cluster control architecture
based on embedded PCs. Each workstation functions as an independent
module integrated with microcomputers, which receive control
instructions from the embedded PC, execute pressure adjustment,
logic processing, and data collection. Meanwhile, these modules
continuously transmit control data back to the PC through a serial
bus, enabling automatic identification of sample volume
characteristics and material properties.
The exclusive pressure control system automatically formulates
pressure-rising protocols and algorithms, guaranteeing rapid
pressure rise, stable constant pressure, strong expansion
capability, and a 100% test success rate. It comes with
functionalities including real-time monitoring, data storage,
power-off data protection, power-on data recovery, test result
storage and printing, and sample pre-treatment.
High-precision pressure acquisition and control are achieved
through the adoption of a vector frequency conversion system and
high-precision pressure sensors. A fuzzy PID pressure control
algorithm is employed to realize linear pressure rise until burst.
High-precision pressure transmitters and subsequent conditioning
circuits are utilized to achieve high-precision pressure
acquisition.
Featuring ease of use and convenient operation, the instrument is
equipped with an automatic pressure relief function (only one
button is required for pressure release). Two time display modes
(count-up and count-down) can be switched freely, and it also
supports storing and printing test reports that include curves and
test data.
