1.Precise control of hydraulic functions: The pilot valve is used to regulate hydraulic functions, enabling precise control of the machinery's movements. For example, in Komatsu excavators, it can accurately control the extension and retraction of the boom, arm, and bucket cylinders, allowing operators to perform delie digging, lifting, and loading operations.

2.Regulation of hydraulic oil flow and pressure: It serves as an auxiliary valve to control the main valve or secondary valve. By working with a fixed fluid resistance to form a pilot control fluid bridge, it can regulate the flow and pressure of hydraulic oil according to input signals. When the pilot valve opens, hydraulic oil flows through specific channels and damping holes, generating a pressure difference that causes the main valve to move, thus achieving the control of the main valve's opening and closing degree and the flow of hydraulic oil.
