Installation and Maintenance Guide

• Safety First: Before replacing an air spring, ensure the vehicle is completely shut down and the cab is securely mechanically locked or supported to prevent it from accidentally falling.
• Relieve Pressure: Before removing the old airbag, completely vent the compressed air from the airbag using the vehicle's pneumatic system or manually.
• Inspect Related Components: When installing a new airbag, inspect the upper and lower bases, piston, and air lines and connectors for wear, cracks, or leaks. If damaged, replace them all to ensure overall system reliability.
• Proper Installation: Tighten the mounting bolts evenly in a diagonal order to prevent premature damage to the airbag due to uneven force. Ensure the airbag is not twisted or interfering with surrounding components.
• Inflation and Leak Check: After installation, start the vehicle and inflate the airbag to its normal operating height. Apply soapy water to all air line connections and the airbag bead to check for bubbles and ensure there are no leaks.
