Intelligent System
The integrated system combines washers, dryers, shuttle cars,
weighing machines, ramp loading lines, distribution conveyors, and
dryer output conveyors into a fully automated workflow. It enables
intelligent task allocation, seamless equipment coordination,
end-to-end process recording, customer ID tracking, and precise
weight measurement.
Intelligent Design
Featuring front-loading and rear-unloading design, the system
includes a built-in static electricity elimination device to
prevent fire hazards. An audible buzzer alarm triggers and machine
operation halts immediately upon abnormality, with restart
permitted only after troubleshooting. An automatic lubrication
system protects bearings, and dryer leg height can be customized to
fit laundry facility layouts.
Intelligent Control
Equipped with a touch-based LCD panel for user-friendly operation,
the machine offers multiple programmable settings adaptable to
various linen types. A side-pull lint filter simplifies cleaning
and maintenance while ensuring isolation for safety and hygiene.
Optional discharge conveyors further reduce handling time and boost
efficiency.
Intelligent Loading
The large front loading door (1100*700 mm) and bottom-to-top
closing mechanism prevent linen jamming. Dedicated interface
programming ensures synchronized coordination between shuttle cars
and dryer loading actions.
Intelligent Unloading
Tilted unloading ensures smooth and thorough discharge with
adjustable angles. The system employs airbag rear-tilting +
mechanical limiting and a unique self-locking air circuit design. A
display at the receiving end shows linen type and customer ID
information.
Intelligent Applications
Suitable not only for hotel laundry plants but also for medical
laundry facilities. In healthcare settings, it fully complies with
national medical linen washing standards, enabling closed isolation
between soiled and clean zones. It excels in thermal insulation,
