For aviation aluminium alloy components,aluminium strips aluminium foils and otherproducts,their performance requirements are getting higher and higher.
In addition to ensur their chemical composition and mechanical properties,defects such asporosity,pores,and slag inclusions are not allowed.Melt purification treatment is the basicguarantee measure for the production of high-performance aluminium alloys,and infurnacerefining is one of the key processes in melt purification.
In response to the problems existing in the current manual fluxing operation,Hydeb hasdeveloped an advanced furnace purification device that can improve the effect of removinghydrogen,slag and alkali metals from the aluminum melt in the furnace.The new in-furnacerefining technology and device cooperate with well-known aluminium companies to improvethe quality of molten aluminium and the efficiency of downstream inline refining,furtherensure that the quality requirements of end users,and help them improve the efficiency ofin-furnace melt processing and reduce hidden dangers and environmental pollution.

The bubbles are distributed n the whole melt,which increases the contact area betweenthe refining bubbles and the metal melt,prolongs the gas contact reaction time with theharmful substances,and helps to remove the gas,slag and impurities dissolved in the metalmelt out of the melt surface,high efficiency riefining.
The graphite rotor is made of high-purity graphiteThe structure of the rotor not onlybreaks the bubbles,but also makes the aluminium melt and the refining gas ejected fromthe rotor evenly mixed,increasing the contact area and timebetween the bubbles and thealuminium alloy liquid,and improving the removal rate.
Air purification effect,The combined purification process of "Gas+Flux"reduces theconsumption of gas and refining agent,reduces the emission of flue gas,and improvesthe safety and environmental protection of the operating environment.
