Main Features

HMG(Hot Melt Glue) drums are the most effective package on the market for removing all the hot melt contents and suitable for nearly all pumpable products.

-The HMG fiber drum is designed for products that are packaged in a liquid statethen solidify and hardened, e.g. hotmelts, asphalt bitumen, adhesives, compounds,printing inks, frozen food and various bulk packaging products.

-The cylindrical drum body has a smooth interior surface providing the perfect solution for emptying with a pressure plate or standard platens.

-The straight-walled 571.5mm (22½") diameter does not require any modifications to dispensing plates or platens, while providing a tight seal and preventing any by-pass.

-The HMG drum can be tailored to customer requirement with optional high release liners including a selection of covers: metal,fiber or plastic.

-The HMG fiber drum has a removable bottom cover that allows the user to recover all content with ease.

-The HMG drum can also be decorated with graphics or company logos.

The volume of the hot melt glue fiber drum is 220L.

The inside of the hot melt fiber drum is high release silicone, and the maximum temperature can be more than 200℃.
