Our BSF herbal hammer mill is designed by the principle of mixed powder jetting and is of wide use for many fields, such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries.

Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as medicine, food and chemical in better conformity with the national “GMP” standard.

Working method:

This pharmaceutical fizt mill is high speed running equipment, in which, material is crushed by cutting of high speed blade which is of a sharp edge on one side and an impact blade on the other side. Blades of different sizes and shapes are available for choice according to different materials, and the particle size can be obtained through replacement of screen or adjustment of speed.

Main features:

1. Using high speed rotating blades to crush or grind raw materials to the desired size which is smaller than the perforated plate screen.

2. Speed is adjustable to suit different material.

3. Perforated plate screen: mesh size can be selected to meet the processing requirements.
