Alloy characteristics

3003: This is the absolute workhorse of pre-painted aluminum for architectural applications. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, formability, weldability, and moderate strength, offering a cost-effective price-performance ratio and making it ideal as a coating substrate. It is the preferred choice for curtain walls, suspended ceilings, and interior decoration.

3004 / 3005: Slightly stronger than 3003, it also offers excellent corrosion resistance. It is often used in applications requiring slightly higher strength, such as roofing systems or demanding curtain wall panels. 3005 is more common than 3004.

Alloy Conditions

H14: This material has been work-hardened to a half-hard state. It offers a good balance of strength, rigidity, and flatness, while maintaining sufficient formability for most architectural applications (such as standing seam seaming and simple bending). The coated surface is very flat and aesthetically pleasing.

H24: Similar to H14, it is also a half-hard state, but it is work-hardened after partial annealing. In the pre-painted aluminum industry, H14 and H24 have very similar properties and applications, with H14 being more common. Both provide the stable substrate properties required for coating processes.

Applications
Metal Roofing: Suitable for pitched or flat roofs of large public buildings, industrial plants, and commercial buildings. Color-coated aluminum roofing is lightweight, offers excellent drainage, and a long lifespan (high-quality PVDF coatings can last over 25 years).
Roofing: Common systems such as standing seam, snap-on, and flat-lock systems provide excellent waterproofing and wind-uplift resistance.
Curtain Walling: Building envelope structures include unitized curtain walls, framed curtain walls, and double-skin curtain walls. Color-coated aluminum panels offer a variety of decorative effects and excellent weather resistance.
Ceilings: Widely used in public spaces such as offices, shopping malls, subway stations, and airports, these ceilings come in a variety of styles and are aesthetically pleasing, fire-resistant, and easy to clean.

Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers. 

With the development of our business, our company has been awarded titles such as "Top 100 Enterprises in Henan Province", "Economic and Efficiency Gold Award", and "Top 30 Enterprises in Henan Province".
