Advantages of PE Coatings

PE polyester coatings are based on high-molecular-weight linear polyester resins, with uniformly dispersed pigments. The resulting film is flexible and elastic, and withstands 0T bending without cracking. Its moderate crosslink density ensures strong adhesion to aluminum substrates while allowing for subsequent secondary processing such as stamping, rolling, and shallow drawing, without edge powdering.

PE's high surface tension allows for direct UV printing, screen printing, or lamination. It produces fine patterns with excellent color fastness, making it suitable for applications requiring frequent exterior changes, such as signage and appliance panels.

Advantages of PVDF Coatings

PVDF fluorocarbon coatings are primarily composed of over 70% polyvinylidene fluoride resin. They feature high fluorine-carbon bond energy, stable molecular chains, and a wide UV absorption band. The color difference (ΔE) after ten years of outdoor exposure is ≤1.5.

PVDF has an extremely low surface energy, resists dust adhesion, and self-cleans with rainwater, reducing the need for maintenance.

It is suitable for high latitudes and areas with large temperature swings between day and night. The coating can be layered with a clear varnish to enhance the three-dimensional effect of the metal particles, meeting the dual requirements of quality and longevity for high-end curtain walls, airports, high-speed rail stations, and other applications.

1000 Series
1000 series aluminum alloys contain ≥99% aluminum, feature coarse grains, excellent ductility, and elongation up to 30%, making them suitable for processes such as deep drawing, spinning, and laser welding.
They have high electrical and thermal conductivity, making them suitable for use as electromagnetic shielding or heat dissipation substrates. Due to their low impurity content, they achieve a uniform color after anodizing, creating a composite appearance with color coatings.
With a density of 2.71 g/cm³, the 1000 series is 65% lighter than steel, reducing transportation and lifting costs.

3000 Series
3000 series aluminum-manganese alloys achieve a yield strength increase of 50–70 MPa through both solid solution strengthening and dispersion strengthening, resulting in superior dent resistance compared to pure aluminum. The 3000 series boasts excellent weldability and deep drawability, and can be processed into corrugated panels, gusset panels, and cassette honeycomb panels. It is widely used in roofing, interiors, and cold chain vehicles.

Compared to the 1000 series, the 3000 series offers a better balance between strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for mid- to high-end projects requiring long-term load bearing or exposure.

Application

Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers. 

With the development of our business, our company has been awarded titles such as "Top 100 Enterprises in Henan Province", "Economic and Efficiency Gold Award", and "Top 30 Enterprises in Henan Province".
