Product Description
GYFTY is an outdoor fiber optic cable designed with a non-metallic FRP central strength member, making it suitable for various communication applications. The cable adopts a loose tube gel-filled structure and is protected by a durable polyethylene (PE) outer sheath.
The fibers, either single-mode or multi-mode, are placed inside high-strength plastic loose tubes filled with water-blocking gel to prevent moisture penetration. The FRP strength member provides reliable mechanical support while ensuring non-conductivity.
For enhanced performance, some structures include additional PE jackets or non-metallic yarns for extra reinforcement. The loose tubes and fillers are stranded around the FRP core, and the complete cable core is filled with water-blocking compounds. The robust PE sheath ensures stable performance in harsh outdoor environments.
