The working principle of the JC dry powder magnetic separator in food processing plants is that when food powder materials (such as flour, milk powder, etc.) enter the equipment through the feed port, they flow evenly into the iron removal chamber through the flow guide structure. The built-in high magnetic energy product permanent magnet or electromagnetic coil forms a high-intensity and high-gradient magnetic field area, and is combined with a special material medium net. It can quickly adsorb ferromagnetic impurities such as iron filings and iron powder mixed in the material, while the pure powder is not affected by the magnetic field and continues to flow. Meanwhile, the equipment enhances the dispersion of materials through vibration assistance, ensuring that impurities are fully exposed and adsorbed. The flap structure of the material distribution valve solves the problem of material leakage, achieving a complete separation of iron powder and materials. Moreover, relying on fully automatic control, it can automatically discharge iron at regular intervals and in fixed quantities, without the need for manual supervision throughout the process. The parts in contact with food are made of food-grade materials, which not only guarantees the purity of the materials It also complies with food processing hygiene standards, is easy to install and can be adapted to production lines or used independently.
