Product Description
- The XB-60A fully automatic cartoning machine is a new type of
equipment developed based on user-defined packaging methods.
- This machine features aesthetically pleasing design and continuous
carton opening. The required materials are fed to the cartoning
machine conveyor, where a synchronized mechanism automatically
feeds the materials, dispenses hot melt adhesive, and forms the
carton.
- Its closed-loop PLC control system and touchscreen human-machine
interface offer simple and intuitive operation, reducing labor and
shortening packaging hours, while improving packaging quality and
production efficiency.
- It is widely used for packaging various food and pharmaceutical
cartons.
- The entire machine consists of a carton forming unit (carton
holder, vacuum cup, vacuum generator, and convex curved surface
mechanism, which automatically conveys the carton, opens the
carton, and forms the carton).

- This machine utilizes automatic vacuum carton opening and
packaging. Manual material is fed to a conveyor, mechanically
driven by a chain, with automatic inserts during operation,
automatic feeding, and glue spraying and pressing to form.
- After the cartons are neatly stacked on the carton support, a
cylinder with vacuum suction cups extends, gripping the bottom of
the cartons and pulling them down onto the guide rail working
surface. As the chain moves forward, the support rods on the guide
rail gradually fold the front small surface backward. The chain
rotates and mechanically presses the inserts into place. The carton
is conveyed horizontally from the exit of the vertical packaging
machine to the cartoning machine conveyor. While in motion, the
material is automatically pushed into the carton. During operation,
hot melt adhesive is sprayed on both sides of the carton. As the
carton is in operation, the small sides are gradually folded down
and pressed together. The hot melt adhesive solidifies, and the
finished carton is delivered.
