Customized Logo Printed Steam Cooking Polyamide Plastic Sausage
Casings are high-performance, synthetic casings designed for
industrial sausage production. Made from food-grade polyamide
(nylon), they offer excellent heat resistance, ideal for steam
cooking and pasteurization processes. These casings ensure uniform
shape, consistent diameter, and superior burst strength, enhancing
product presentation and processing efficiency. A key feature is
the ability to print custom logos, branding, or product information
directly onto the casing surface, boosting brand recognition and
marketing appeal. They are non-edible but peelable, suitable for
cooked sausages like frankfurters and deli meats. Resistant to
moisture and punctures, they extend shelf life and maintain

Application
Our odor-free yellow durable plastic sausage casings are widely
used in the food industry for various applications including meat,
poultry, vegan products, meat analogues, cheese, butter, pet food,
soups, and gravies.

How to use ?Usage Instructions
- Soaking: Soak shirred or cut pieces in cold water for approximately 30
minutes.
- Stuffing: Stuff casing tightly (5-8% larger than nominal diameter). Ensure
clips are tight and don't slip.
- Cooking: Steam or water cook to desired internal temperature.
- Cooling: Cool slowly using intermittent showering (2 minutes on, 3 minutes
off) until internal temperature reaches 115-118°F.
- Storage: Avoid direct airflow during cooling. Finished products may be
frozen.
