Applications

A. Heating (Hot Forging, Hot Fitting and Smelting)

Hot Forging: Fabricating work pieces into other shapes through forging press using punch press, forging machine or other equipment. Applications include hot extrusion of watch cases, watch flans, handles, mold accessories, kitchen and table ware, art ware, standard parts, fasteners, fabricated mechanical parts, bronze locks, rivets, steel pins and pins.
Hot Fitting: Connecting different metals or metals with nonmetals through heating based on thermal expansion or hot smelting principles. Applications include embedded welding of computer radiator copper cores with aluminum sheets, speaker webs, steel and plastic tube compounds, aluminum foil sealing (toothpaste peel), motor rotors and tubular electric heating element sealing.
Smelting: Melting metal into liquid using high temperature. Primarily applicable for smelting iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc and various precious metals.
