  Working Principle

  1. Waste Feeding: Waste is directly loaded into the horizontal compression chamber via garbage trucks or conveyors, eliminating manual handling.
  2. Horizontal Compression: A hydraulic push plate compresses waste horizontally along the chamber, gradually forming dense waste blocks.
  3. Continuous Operation: As new waste is added, the push plate advances to compact existing waste, allowing non-stop feeding during compression.
  4. Waste Transfer: Compressed waste blocks are pushed into a sealed transport container or directly into a waste truck for off-site disposal.
  5. Environmental Control: Sewage is collected via a bottom drainage system, and an integrated deodorization unit reduces odor emissions to ≤20mg/m³.
