The MFOG-103 micro-nano fiber optic gyroscope (hereinafter referred to as the product) is a high-performance angular rate sensor integrating optical, mechanical, and electronic technologies. Based on the Sagnac effect, it incorporates multiple micro-nano fiber optic devices and realizes angular rate measurement by detecting, processing, and feedback-controlling the phase difference generated by two counter-propagating light beams within the fiber coil.
The product mainly consists of optical path components, electronic circuits, and mechanical structural parts.
