I. Compliance with standards:
It is developed in accordance with the technical indicators and
requirements stipulated in the national standards GB/T 5464-2010
"Test Method for Non-combustibility of Building Materials" and GB/T
8624-2012 "Classification of Fire Performance of Building Materials
and Products". Iso 01182:2002 "Test for Fire Reaction of Building
Materials - Non-combustibility Test"
Ii. Scope of Application
It is mainly applicable to the test method for determining the
combustion performance of building materials under specified
conditions. It is applicable to the combustion performance
classification of Class A fireproof materials in the GB8624
combustion performance classification of building materials.
Iii. Main Features
This device adopts an industrial computer combined with a 16-bit
high-precision AD acquisition card. The collected data is entirely
processed by the computer, greatly simplifying the traditional
manual data operation work. The user-friendly operation interface
is simple and convenient to operate. Even those who are not
familiar with computers can learn to operate it within 5 minutes of
training. During the test, the test personnel can view the test
data and temperature curve in real time. After the test is
completed, a test report is automatically generated. The test data
is clear at a glance, which is convenient for the operator to save,
print and forward, etc. The equipment is equipped with a
high-precision voltage stabilizer, with voltage fluctuations within
2%, ensuring the stability of the input test voltage. The equipment
is also equipped with overheat and overcurrent protection devices
to prevent the heating furnace from being overloaded during the
heating process, effectively extending the service life of the
furnace.

Equipment structure: This machine is composed of a heating furnace,
a control box, a computer and an air stabilizer.
Combustion chamber dimensions: L700*W400*H850 (mm).
The combustion box and control box are made of high-quality SUS304
stainless steel, with a beautiful and elegant appearance. All
internal components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has
excellent rust resistance.
Temperature control system
Thermocouple: K-type nickel-chromium armored thermocouple with a
wire diameter of 0.3 and an outer diameter of ¢1.5*300 is adopted,
fully meeting the first-level precision requirements of GB/T5464.
Temperature acquisition: It adopts a 16-bit AD from Advantech and a
high-precision temperature acquisition card, and is combined with a
computer system to perform arithmetic processing on the collected
signals, ensuring precise control.
Usage conditions: The ground should be flat, well-ventilated, and
free of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust. There are
no strong electromagnetic radiation sources nearby. Leave
appropriate maintenance space around the equipment.
Temperature: 25℃ to 35℃.
The allowable voltage fluctuation range is 220V±10%.
Allowable frequency fluctuation range: 50Hz±1%.
The user is required to install a leakage air switch for the
equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be an
independent and dedicated one for the use of this equipment.

Instrument
All the instruments are installed in a 19 'housing, which includes
a temperature controller, an over-temperature alarm and a power
controller. The power controller can maintain the temperature under
the influence of voltage fluctuations and display the power of the
power supply (in watts).
