Heat pipes are highly efficient heat-conducting components, with a heat transfer efficiency dozens of times
that of metals. Since heat pipe technology was introduced into the radiator manufacturing industry, heat
pipe modules composed of heat pipes as the core, coupled with heat sinks, fins, fans and other components,
have been able to solve the heat dissipation problems caused by limited space or excessive heat concentration,
overcoming the contradiction between heat generation power and effective heat dissipation capacity that
cannot be resolved by traditional heat dissipation methods.
The through-type heat pipe heat dissipation module is constructed by attaching high-density heat dissipation
fins to the heat dissipation end of the heat pipe. The fin material can be copper or aluminum, and the fins are
connected to the heat pipe by welding.
This type of module can significantly reduce the product volume while greatly improving heat dissipation
efficiency. It is widely used in fields such as laptop computers, communication equipment, and industrial
control products.
