The small surface mount technology (SMT) placement machine supports the mounting of common consumer electronics components such as 0402 components and fingerprint modules, covering the component types of customized products.
The adjustable speed conveying unit supports PCB adaptation with a width of 50-250mm without the need to replace the track.
The workstation is equipped with an anti-static countertop and a tool storage area, enhancing operational convenience.
An optional small AOI inspection module can be equipped to enable rapid defect verification after mounting, ensuring the quality of customized products.
