1. Ultra-Low Oxygen Permeability
Aluminized PET bag has oxygen permeability ≤1.0 cm³/(m²·24h), and aluminum foil bag is even lower at ≤0.5 cm³/(m²·24h), which can effectively isolate oxygen and prevent the packaged materials from oxidative deterioration.
2. Excellent Moisture Barrier Performance
Both aluminized PET bag and aluminum foil bag have water vapor permeability ≤0.5 g/(m²·24h), which can block external moisture from entering and keep the internal materials dry and stable.
3. Superior Light Blocking Effect
The light transmittance of aluminized PET bag and aluminum foil bag is ≤0.2%, which can completely block light and avoid the quality change of photosensitive materials such as beverages and pharmaceuticals caused by light exposure.
4. High Tensile & Tear Resistance
Aluminized PET bag and aluminum foil bag have tensile strength ≥30 MPa (vertical/horizontal), and breakage nominal strain ≥45%, with strong mechanical toughness and no easy tearing during transportation and use.
5. Strong Thermal Bonding Strength
The thermal bonding strength of the bag body of aluminized PET bag and aluminum foil bag is ≥40 N/15mm, and the thermal bonding strength of the bag mouth and body is also ≥40 N/15mm, with firm sealing and no risk of liquid leakage.
6. Diverse Material Adaptability
Bag-in-box is available in aluminized PET, aluminum foil, nylon and normal PE materials, among which nylon bag and normal PE bag also have good mechanical properties, which can meet the packaging needs of different types of materials.
