Working Principle:
1. Workflow
The brick stacking machine follows a cyclical operation mode of
"brick picking - transplanting - layered stacking":
Brick Picking Stage: The equipment, from above or to the side of
the conveyor line, uses rotating forks, clamps, or suction cups to
pick up a set number of bricks in a single pass.
Transplanting and Positioning: The picking device moves with the
gantry or frame to directly above the kiln car, and is precisely
positioned to the target stacking location using a traveling
mechanism (X/Y axis) and a lifting mechanism (Z axis).
Layered Stacking and Arrangement: The stacking mechanism smoothly
places the bricks onto the kiln car platform or onto pre-stacked
layers. After each layer is stacked, the equipment automatically
shifts its position according to a preset pattern and uses
fine-tuning devices (such as vibration or pushers) to arrange the
bricks, ensuring neat stacks. Fine sand or fly ash is usually
automatically spread between layers to prevent sticking.
