Powered by a high-precision ball screw and advanced stepper motor drive, the tester delivers exceptionally smooth and consistent linear motion. With a Class-0.5 accuracy load cell and a fast 1000 Hz sampling rate, it captures even the slightest force variations with outstanding reliability.

Designed for real-world production environments, the system supports fully customized fixtures for different EV charging gun models. It also integrates barcode scanning for automated test initiation and result tracking—significantly improving testing efficiency and aiding in complete traceability.
