Application Range
Suitable for various equipment that requires automatic ignition, including: gas stoves/water heaters/clothes dryers/ovens, furnaces/incubators/heating/non-electric air conditioners/ovens/household and commercial boilers/infrared radiation sources, and other gas appliances, as well as charcoal grills and heaters.
Structure
Power Leads: Can be designed as single-wire connections (with the casing designed as grounded metal) or double-wire type (with the casing usually made of alumina insulated ceramic) according to the client’s installation and power wiring requirements.
Base: For low-power igniters, a ceramic mounting base can be made from 95% alumina ceramic; for high-power igniters, heat-resistant Dongqing stone ceramic is generally preferred for better thermal shock resistance.
Conductive Wires: High-temperature resistant wires are used. Common options include 200°C high-temperature wire (FEP), 250°C high-temperature wire (PFA), 450°C high-temperature wire (mica glass fiber). Other specifications can also be customized based on user requirements.
Mounting Flange: Generally made of stainless steel or other carbon steel materials.
