1. Product Brief Introduction:

HQBLG glass tube liquid level gauge is a direct reading liquid level measuring instrument, suitable for on-site detection of liquid position in general liquid storage equipment in industrial production processes. Its structure is simple, measurement is accurate, and it is a traditional on-site liquid level measurement tool. Generally used for direct detection. 2. Product Features:

The upper and lower valves of the gauge are equipped with flange connections, forming a connector with the container. The liquid level is directly indicated through the glass plate. The "jacketed type" is equipped with a heating or cooling device. This device can use steam for heating and circulating water for cooling, thus adjusting the flow performance. The jacketed type has a ZG1/4'' internal thread. Steel balls are installed inside the upper and lower valves. When the glass plate is accidentally broken, the steel balls automatically seal under the pressure of the container, preventing further liquid leakage. A plugging screw is installed on the upper needle valve of the gauge for venting, and a plugging screw is also installed on the lower needle valve. These allow for venting, sampling, sewage discharge, and cleaning.

HQBLG Glass Tube Level Gauge Installation, Use and Maintenance

(1) The two flange ends connected to this instrument on the container should be in the same vertical plane; otherwise, the valve may bend after installation, causing the glass tube to break.

(2) To ensure the valve's dynamic sealing exceeds the planned action, the medium pressure inside the container should be greater than 0.2 MPa. When opening the upper and lower valves, the valve stem should retract at least 4 turns (to prevent the steel ball from hitting the top of the valve stem when sealing the valve).

(3) Regularly inspect instruments in use. Clean the inner and outer walls of the glass to ensure clear liquid display.
