The D545 integrated down-the-hole drill is an upgrade on the basis of well-proven models, and the core hydrauliccomponents are from internationally renowned brands. With thesingle-powered screw air compressor and hydraulic system, and the poweroutput at peaks shift design, comparing with separate drill arrangement,the total power of the diesel engine is reduced by about 30%, and themaintenance cost is reduced by 50%.The integrated design of the D545 solves the problems of air compressor transportation, air pressure pipelineloss and remote management, and improves productivity.
