It uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device, integrating a TFT LCD panel, driving circuit, and backlight system (3×9 parallel-series LED design). With a resolution of 800×1280 pixels and support for up to 16.7M colors, it delivers vivid and detailed visual output. Adopting an IPS normally black display mode, it provides all-direction viewing angles, ensuring consistent color and brightness from any perspective—ideal for multi-person viewing scenarios like industrial control monitors and smart terminals. Equipped with a MIPI interface (4 data lanes), it enables high-speed serial data transmission with stable signals and space-saving advantages, compatible with mainstream embedded systems. The module features a high-brightness backlight, achieving a typical luminance of 650 Cd/m² and luminance uniformity of 80% (min/max×100), ensuring clear visibility even in bright outdoor environments. It complies with environmental standards, and the backlight has a long service life of 50000 hours (under IF=20mA). The power-on sequence requires strict compliance: VDDIN → AVDD/VDDR/VDDB → AVEE → RSTB (global reset pin, same voltage as VDDIO, recommended H→L→H pulse for stability) → MIPI signal (LP-11 state) → LEDON, with signal cross points based on 50% of power level; the power-off sequence follows the reverse order.
