Feed distributor for Broiler Cage

Our feed distributor discharges feed inside of the trough. When the feeding machine is running, the feed will be evenly pushed to the inside of the trough by the feed distributor. This makes it easier for chicks to eat. And there is a baffle at the front and rear end of the feed trough to prevent the feed dropping. There won't be any accumulation of feed in places where there are no chickens. So there is no need to manually clean the feed on the front and rear racks, which saves a lot of work. Key equipment and process demonstration.

Our equipment primarily employs hot-dip galvanizing, where welding is performed first, followed by complete immersion in a zinc bath for full galvanizing. This process ensures that the weld joints are also coated with zinc, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance.
