Heating the customed steel until the temperature reaches 1100C( 土50C) in the way of hot rolling and forging,the rollig forging machinery will put pressure on the metal blank and producing a grinding ball with certain mechanical property, shape and size . This is our processing methods of the grinding balls.

Production Line:

Raw material →Cutting →Heating → Water quenching → Tempering

2) Auto Hot Rolling

Raw material →Hot Rolling Mill → Water Quenching → Tempering
