What is Vegetable Carbon Black ?

Vegetable Carbon Black Powder this is made of specially selected bamboo. It is used as a food colourant and for cosmetic applications. This ingredient is known traditionally as Activated charcoal.

Activated charcoal (e153) the production process involves heating these plant materials in the absence of oxygen (pyrolysis), resulting in a black, finely powdered substance.
