Installation Instructions for Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting LZT9800 Series
To properly install the Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting LZT9800 Series, ensure that the surface is clean, smooth, and free from contaminants. Use isopropyl alcohol and a cloth for cleaning, and allow the surface to dry.

Measure the area for installation and mark the corners with a pencil. If needed, cut the sheeting to size with a utility knife.

Peel back a portion of the backing paper to expose the adhesive and align the sheeting with the marked area. Press it onto the surface, starting from one edge and using a squeegee to smooth it out, preventing air bubbles. If bubbles form, gently lift the area and reapply.

Trim any excess material around the edges for a clean finish. Inspect the installation for imperfections and allow the adhesive to set for at least 24 hours before exposing it to moisture. Keep the reflective sheeting clean with mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals.

Ensure installation temperatures are between 18°C and 28°C for optimal adhesion.
