2,Multilayer stacking: A standard bottom roll is usually made up of 2-3 layers of material that are precisely mechanically curled. This greatly increases the thickness and strength of the bottom.
Core function: Excellent sealing and leak proof performance
Physical barrier: The multi-layered curled structure itself is like a sturdy dam, forming a complex maze like seal. Even if a small amount of liquid penetrates through the inner PE film, it is difficult to penetrate the layered paper structure and reach the outside.

Heat sealing bonding: During the manufacturing process, the curled parts will be melted and bonded together by heating or ultrasonic waves to form a seamless and integrated sealing body. This is the most critical technology for preventing leaks.
