Waterproof 480g Light Reflect Silver Coated Fabric High Temperature Adhesive
Description
Aluminum foil fiberglass composite fabric is engineered for superior heat reflection and insulation in demanding environments. It is made from a high-temperature fiberglass base fabric coated with a reflective aluminum foil or aluminum film layer using a high-performance adhesive.
The aluminum foil coating is best suited for static applications and continuous temperatures up to 650°F (343°C). This fabric can withstand short-duration exposure up to 1115°F (600°C) and even brief exposure up to 3000°F (1650°C). The aluminum layer melts at 1220°F (660°C) but requires sustained heat to reach this temperature, allowing short-term use at higher peaks.
This composite fabric reflects 95% or more of radiant heat, providing excellent protection against extreme thermal environments. The aluminum foil surface is smooth and reflective, offering strong tensile strength, good dimensional stability, non-permeability to air and water, and excellent weather and corrosion resistance.
