Dowsil CN-6015 Thermally Conductive Encapsulant with 1:1 Mix Ratio High Thermal Conductivity 1.6 W/m·K and UL 94 V-0 Flame Retardancy

Dowsil CN-6015 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio grey silicone elastomer thermally conductive encapsulant. It offers curing flexibility with both room temperature and heat cure options, high thermal conductivity (1.6 W/m·K), low density, high flowability, and excellent flame retardancy (UL 94 V-0) for electronic components.

This product is designed especially for use in the manufacture of electrical and PCB products and modules. It cures to form an elastic encapsulant that effectively manages heat and protects internal components from harsh environmental conditions. It offers a pot life of approximately 90 minutes at 25°C, providing sufficient working time, and features self-adhesion properties.

Dowsil CN-6015 excels in thermal management and reliability. Its high thermal conductivity (1.6 W/m·K) efficiently transfers heat, and its useful temperature range extends from -45°C to 200°C for long-term use. It also exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties (dielectric strength 15.3 kV/mm, volume resistivity 4.9E+14 Ohm·cm), ensuring reliability in high-voltage applications. Its UL 94 V-0 flame retardancy rating and a Relative Thermal Index (RTI) of 150°C further demonstrate its high reliability in demanding environments.
