Product Description:
The air conditioning foam board hot press machine is a high-performance composite equipment designed for manufacturing insulation structural boards. It integrates three major functions: hot pressing curing, foaming molding, and laminating molding, achieving an efficient process of "one-time molding, multi-layer composite". Place pre cut metal panels (such as color coated sheets, galvanized sheets) and intermediate foam materials (usually polyurethane PU or polystyrene EPS premix) between hot pressing molds or pressure plates. Some processes may also add flame retardant layers, sound insulation layers, or reinforcing ribs. It can be kept at constant temperature and pressure for a certain time (adjustable for 1 – 30 minutes), so that the foam can be fully crosslinked and cured. At the same time, the panel can be strongly bonded with the foam layer to form a composite panel with high strength, lightweight and excellent thermal insulation performance.

(mechanical+electronic+software) and an automatic power-off system
for oil temperature overheating. When the pressure exceeds the
standard or the oil temperature is abnormal, the power source is
instantly cut off and the thermal pressure chamber is locked to
prevent equipment damage and work-related accidents; The electrical
system adopts explosion-proof design and multiple leakage
protection to avoid circuit risks from the source.

Composite board: compatible with processing of wood plastic
composite board, aluminum-plastic composite board, etc., with
interlayer bonding strength reaching the industry's first level
standard, no delamination or bubble problems, suitable for fields
such as building decoration and furniture manufacturing.
Maintenance and Repair
Equipped with an intelligent fault diagnosis system, problems such
as aging heating tubes and abnormal pressure sensors will prompt
solutions in real-time, and daily maintenance is minimal,the sealed
hydraulic system only needs to replace hydraulic oil once a year,
and vulnerable components such as heating tubes and sealing rings
use standardized interfaces for easy disassembly and replacement,
with lower maintenance costs compared to traditional equipment.
